An initial participative planning workshop with all involved project stakeholders to develop the joint activity plan has been the joint starting point for all project activities.

Within the project activities, a demand-oriented implementation approach has been agreed by all stakeholders. To realize this approach, the idea of installation for a round table with regular meetings of relevant project stakeholders has been developed. Since June 2022, round table meetings took place every 3 months. During Round table meetings project activities are evaluated, discussed and agreed on. 

The proWOOD project team is committed to implement agreed activities as soon as possible, ideally in the available time between the respective round table meetings. The project team has established a scrum project management approach to enhance vibrant implementation speed and dynamic with maximum activation of involved stakeholders.
